Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) group President, H.E. Dr. Muhammad Sulaiman Al Jasser and IsDB Indonesia Resident Representative, Mr. Salah Jelassi accompanied by IsDB headquarter and Indonesian regional hub officials visited IMERI on Saturday – April 26, 2022 as a part of IsDB Development of Medical Education and Research Center official visit to Indonesia.
The IsDB representatives along with Prof. Dr. dr. Dwiana Ocviyanti, SpOG(K), MPH as the Vice Dean of Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia visited a total of 4 clusters and core facilities; Indonesian Museum of Health and Medicine (iMuseum), Stem Cell and Tissue Engineering (SCTE), Bioinformatics, and Human Genetic Research Center.
Before concluding the visit, IsDB representatives, Vice Dean of FMUI, IMERI Board of Directors, Head of Clusters / Core Facilities and their Principal Investigators sat down together discussing IMERI’s achievement and proposal for future research/project and collaboration between the two institutions. The discussion session was started by the opening remarks from Prof. Dr. dr. Dwiana Ocviyanti, SpOG(K), MPH as the Vice Dean of FMUI, followed by the remarks from H.E. Dr. Muhammad Sulaiman Al Jasser as IsDB group President, before Prof. dr. Badriul Hegar, PhD, SpA(K) as IMERI Director delivered a concise presentation regarding IMERI achievements and potential future research/projects.
