IMERI FKUI, OUCRU Indonesia and HME University of Washington Lecture on Global Burden Disease (GBD): Health Status and Disease Burden

IMERI FKUI in collaboration with Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCRU) Indonesia and Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) University of Washington conducted a lecture on Global Burden Disease (GBD) with the topic of Health Status and Disease Burden on July 3, 2023. The lecture was held at the SAF Meeting Room, Faculty of Medicine UI Salemba and online via zoom.

The lecture was commenced with opening remarks delivered by IMERI FKUI Director, Prof. dr. Badriul Hegar, PhD, SpA(K) followed by presentation delivered by:1. Prof. Ali Mokdad, Ph.D from IHME University of Washington for Overview of the Global Burden of Disease Study & IHME session2. Ruri Syailendrawati from IHME University of Washington for GBD Compare Visualization Tool session, and3. Dr. Iqbal Elyazar as OUCRU GBD Collaborator for GBD Compare Visualization Tool session

The lecture was moderated by Dr. dr. Trinovita Andraini, M.Biomed, Ph.D as IMERI FKUI Executive Secretary and concluded with closing remarks from IMERI FKUI Director.

Following the lecture, a business meeting was also held between IMERI FKUI, OUCRU Indonesia and IHME.
