Drug Development

Develops lead compounds as candidates of drugs. There are two main research focuses, viz drug discovery and drug delivery. Research focus on drug discovery includes drug design and synthesis, natural product development, in-vitro and in-vivo bioactivity evaluation. While the drug delivery includes drug formulation, drug delivery system, pharmacokinetics assay, and synthesis of nanoparticles.
